A Fin-Tech start-up company is seeking an experienced Full Stack Team Leader to join her growing engineering team. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering scalable, high-quality web applications and backend services.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers.
Design and implement scalable front-end and back-end systems.
Develop and maintain robust backend APIs and CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices.
Collaborate with Product Managers to plan and deliver features.
Troubleshoot technical issues across the stack and optimize performance.
Guide technical decisions and architectural planning.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in a leadership role in software development.
Proven experience with modern front-end (React/Angular/Vue) and back-end (Node.js/Java/Python) technologies.
Strong background in API design (REST/microservices) and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
Hands-on experience with CI/CD, version control (Git), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Excellent communication, team leadership, and project management skills.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in a SaaS environment.
