AI Business Solutions Builder

About the Role

A Global Software company is seeking a hands-on and creative AI Business Solutions Builder to join her AI Center of Excellence. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy intelligent agents and end-to-end workflows using no-code tools (n8n, Copilot Studio, etc.), turning business needs into scalable AI-powered solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, shape workflows, and accelerate the company’s AI transformation.

Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
Build and optimize agent-based workflows using n8n, Copilot Studio, and other low/no-code platforms.
Create and refine prompts to ensure effective interactions between users, agents, and LLMs.
Define solution architecture, integrations, and logic flows for multi-agent systems.
Translate business needs into structured functional requirements.
Establish best practices and reusable frameworks with the AI CoE team.
Monitor and improve solution performance using data-driven insights.

Requirements:

Requirements

3+ years in technical or analytical roles (system analyst, TPM, product manager, process engineer, etc.).
Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code tools (n8n, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Zapier, Make).
Experience in global organizations and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong understanding of business processes, system architecture, and data flows.
Familiarity with AI, LLMs, and prompt design.
Process-oriented mindset with strong usability and business impact focus.
Data proficiency: analysis, integration, and leveraging data in solutions.

Nice to Have

API integration experience.
Background in business analysis or product management.
Experience with multi-agent system design.
Passion for AI-driven transformation.
