We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Partner to lead and drive our hiring efforts. What You’ll Do:

Own the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple roles, focus on R&D hiring.
Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to deeply understand team needs and define hiring strategies.
Proactively source, engage, and nurture top talent through a variety of channels.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to offer stage.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
Track and report on key hiring metrics and continuously optimize processes.

Requirements:

5–6 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in high-growth startups.
Strong hands-on experience sourcing and hiring R&D roles (software engineers, DevOps, etc.).
Proven ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with attention to detail and speed.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Strong hands-on experience with ATS tools (Comeet experience is a plus).
Experience with observability companies- Big advantage
Self-starter attitude and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Fluent in English and Hebrew.
