Application Engineer (RF and Communication)

At Systematics, the official representative of MathWorks in Israel, we’re looking for a talented Application Engineer with strong RF and signal processing experience to join our growing technical team.
This role is perfect for engineers who love combining hands-on development with customer interaction and want to help some of the most innovative companies in Israel solve complex challenges using world-class tools.
What you’ll do:

Collaborate with top-tier defense, medical, communications, and academia companies to drive innovation.
Showcase how MATLAB & Simulink can be used to design cutting-edge RF and communication systems.
Deliver technical demos, webinars, and presentations that make complex ideas clear and impactful.
Build models, simulations, and application examples that highlight real-world value.
Provide expert guidance and training to help customers get the most out of their solutions.

What we’re looking for:

B.Sc. or higher in Electrical Engineering or similar.
3–6 years of hands-on experience in RF, signal processing, or communication systems development.
Proficiency in MATLAB & Simulink – a big plus.
Experience with embedded systems – a big plus.
Strong communication skills, curiosity, and a customer-focused mindset.
