Cold Calling Specialist in Israel

Job Description:

As a Cold Calling Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments through outbound calls. Your primary goal will be to engage potential customers, introduce them to our products/services, and schedule meetings for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list
Introduce company products/services to prospects
Identify decision-makers and build rapport with key contacts
Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system

Requirements:

Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Deep voice - must have
Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
