We are seeking a highly skilled Remote Bookkeeper with extensive experience in the affiliate marketing industry (e-commerce a plus).

The ideal candidate will be an expert in US taxes and capable of handling tax filings in the USA.

You should be able to work flexible hours within the US timezones, including Canada, Israel, Central America, or South America.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly recorded
* Manage accounts payable and receivable
* Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
* Prepare financial statements and reports for management
* Handle payroll processing
* Conduct regular financial audits
* Ensure compliance with US tax laws and regulations
* File US taxes accurately and on time
* Assist with budgeting and forecasting
* Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions

*Requirements:*
* Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably with e-commerce and affiliate marketing companies
* Expertise in US tax laws and regulations, with a proven track record of filing US taxes
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Effective communication skills
* Ability to work flexible hours within US timezones (Canada, Central America, or South America)

Preferred Qualifications:
* *Affiliate Marketing Experience (e-commerce a plus)*
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification
* Experience with payroll processing
* Knowledge of international tax laws and regulations
