QA Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

Automation Development and Execution:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
Validate software functionality, performance, and reliability through automation.
Execute automated test suites to identify defects and ensure software quality.
Contribute to continuous integration pipelines and QA processes.

Regression Testing:

Conduct regression testing to validate software changes and updates.
Ensure existing functionality remains intact post-updates.

Defect Management:

Identify, report, and track defects using issue tracking systems.
Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Investigate, document, and track bugs, creating automation if necessary.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA automation engineering- Must.
Experience with automated testing frameworks - Must.
Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman.
Experience with programming script languages like JavaScript, Python.
Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Understanding of Event Based and Real-Time application principles.
Familiarity with Web Socket, VoIP- an advantage
