People Analytics Student (HRIS and Data Operations)

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated People Analytics Student to join our Global People Operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing HR data, generating insights, and optimizing processes through data-driven solutions. You’ll help maintain the accuracy and integrity of HR information across systems (HiBob and Comeet), support analytics projects, and contribute to building a more efficient, insight-oriented People function.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS- HiBob and Comeet to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Support HR team members in day-to-day system activities such as reporting, data validation, and documentation.
Generate and maintain basic HR reports and dashboards for HR and business leaders.
Assist in testing and documenting system updates, workflows, and integrations.
Support HR analytics projects and process improvement initiatives.
Help troubleshoot data or system issues in collaboration with HR and IT.
Contribute to the creation of training materials, guidelines, and HRIS documentation.
Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Participate in other HR-related projects as assigned.

Requirements:

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical and data-management skills.
Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with Power BI or data visualization tools is an advantage.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Eagerness to learn HR systems and processes.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
