Your Impact

Own end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to identify and prioritize hiring needs
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various channels (social media, job boards, referrals, networking, etc.)
Ensure an outstanding candidate experience by making every touchpoint valuable, engaging, and transparent
Use data-driven insights to optimize hiring strategies and improve efficiency
Own employer branding initiatives on social media, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Support and enhance the onboarding process, ensuring new hires integrate smoothly into Workiz

Requirements:

3+ years of recruiting experience in tech (either in-house or agency)
Proven experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, networking)
Excellent time management and prioritization skills—you thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills in both English & Hebrew (written and verbal)
Creative thinker with a can-do attitude—you love finding new ways to attract talent
Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring every interaction is meaningful and valuable

Bonus Points For

Experience hiring in a startup environment.
Expertise in LinkedIn and social media, especially in employer branding and HR content creation.
Familiarity with Comeet or other ATS tools.
