We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. This is a hands-on recruiting position that requires a strategic mindset, exceptional relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of the Data and Tech landscape. In this role, you will collaborate closely with C-level executives and strategic advisors to drive the recruitment strategy and support our growth plans.

Responsibilities:

Manage the full life cycle of the hiring process.

Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and hire exceptional Data and Tech professionals

Nurture talent through our hiring processes ensuring the highest standards of candidate experience as well as striving for a competitive time to offer period.

Leverage multiple sources to help us identify exceptional active and passive talent

Provide hiring analytics and insights when required to stakeholders to underpin accurate changes that will continuously improve our hiring processes.

Continuously assess and improve the hiring processes using AI tools to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.

Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions to streamline and expedite the recruitment process.

Requirements:

8+ years experience recruiting as part of an internal talent acquisition team in a tech oriented scaling organisation.

Ability to partner with hiring managers to resolve recruiting roadblocks.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with generative AI tools and the ability to quickly learn new platforms.

Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Hebrew.

Exposure to various recruiting tools and systems, deep knowledge of sourcing techniques.

Experience working with an ATS, Greenhouse - is a plus!
