Deloitte is looking for talented PMO with strong technical orientation to join our elite team working at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, software development, and performance optimization.

What You’ll Be Doing?

As a PMO you will streamline and optimize organizational workflows for our clients, ensuring operational excellence while supporting our mission.

In this role, you will lead initiatives to refine operational processes, implement efficiencies, and adapt to technological advancements, working closely with the management team and with stakeholders within customers’ organizations —including business, engineering, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day project operations to ensure seamless workflows and adherence to best practices.
Support the planning, tracking, and coordination of complex development efforts.
Translate business needs into actionable technical plans.
Oversee project data analysis on a regular basis, including personnel, budgets, and infrastructure, to meet organizational business targets.
Work internally and with clients’ stakeholders to ensure and improve efficiency.
Partner with business, engineering, and product teams to ensure alignment between operational processes and project objectives.
Track projects progress, milestones and KPIs.
Incorporate feedback from internal and external stakeholders to refine strategies and adapt to changing conditions.

Requirements
BA / BSc in Economics / Industrial Engineering / Information Systems, or a related analytical or technical field
2-4 years of experience in a similar role preferably within a global tech-driven company.
Highly organized and task oriented.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills in in Hebrew and English
Proficiency in Excel and Power point
Ability to build strong relationships, collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and manage cross-functional interfaces in a cross-cultural environment.

Nice to have:

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday, Git or similar)
Understanding of PDLC, Agile methodologies and modern R&D workflows
Familiarity with AI/ML, CUDA, GPU-based computing, or performance optimization
