Location: Ra'anana Office

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Project Manager and CSR Manager to lead operations, manage events, and drive our commitment to social and environmental responsibility. In this role, you will coordinate projects, collaborate with vendors, and work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of CSR programs and organizational initiatives. Your responsibilities include managing events, supporting strategic initiatives, and building relationships with community partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage events (meetups, conferences, senior management visits, etc.)
Act as the contact for external vendors and collaborate with the SAP marketing team
Manage back-office operations and administrative duties
Develop and execute CSR programs, with regular reviews for effectiveness
Build relationships with community partners and internal stakeholders
Promote employee volunteering initiatives and drive CSR storytelling with marketing and PR teams

Mandatory Requirements:

Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience hosting events (meetups, conferences)
Ability to multitask, solve problems, and manage diverse projects
Self-managed, reliable, and highly organized
Excellent written and spoken English
Ability to work a full time job
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in a similar role and familiarity with CSR regulations and best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a multinational or tech company
Strong project management skills, especially with senior management involvement
Proficient in standard desktop tools (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, Outlook)
Fast learner with a results-driven approach and strong communication skills
Team-oriented, creative, and able to handle complex tasks with a "can-do" attitude
