Privacy, Product & AI Legal Counsel (Maternity leave)

Job Description

Provide ongoing legal counseling to product teams, on a wide range of commercial, compliance, privacy and AI-related issues
Research new and potential AI-related regulations, ensuring the legal department is up-to-date with any new developments
Draft licenses, terms of use, contracts & other legal documents

Qualifications

A licensed lawyer with 1–3 years of experience as in-house counsel for a hi-tech company, prominent law firm, or other tech-related legal work.
Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) - must.
Experience drafting commercial and consulting agreements.
Enjoy learning and researching new legal aspects as they appear.
Passion for tech, internet, AI, and SaaS.
Superb multitasking and organizational skills.
Diligent and hardworking.
A people person and team player who cares about the work and clients.
Experience with AI-related legal issues - advantage.
Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations, licensing, and internet law (CIPP accreditation – advantage).
