Senior Product Manager

We’re looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Product Manager to join Fiverr’s Catalog team and lead the evolution of core buyer-side experiences that are central to marketplace conversion.

In this role, you’ll own a critical part of the user journey on Fiver - directly influencing engagement, trust, and purchasing decisions. You’ll collaborate across functions to enhance how clients explore, evaluate, and connect with freelancers, creating seamless, high-performing, and user-focused experiences.

In an era shaped by AI, where search paradigms are rapidly evolving, this person will be responsible for redefining how users discover and interact with content, laying the groundwork for the search experience of tomorrow

Requirements:

5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth consumer environments.
Proven track record of owning and improving high-traffic product areas with measurable business impact.
Experience working on search and discovery experiences, conversion or acquisition funnel optimization, or high-volume transactional experiences in marketplaces or similar platforms.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and shipping products from ideation to launch.
Strong strategic thinking - you see the big picture and connect dots across user needs, business goals, and technology.
Data-savvy mindset with the ability to analyze metrics, define success, and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills - you can rally a room and keep teams aligned.
Comfortable working in ambiguity and iterating rapidly to drive outcomes.
BA/MA/BSc/MSc in a relevant field.

What am I going to do?:

Lead product strategy and roadmap from discovery through launch, with full ownership of your domain.
Shape and define problems through user research, competitive analysis, and market insights.
Drive execution by aligning cross-functional teams and translating ideas into high-impact features.
Define clear KPIs and iterate through experimentation and A/B testing.
Collaborate deeply with engineering, design, research, marketing, data, and other stakeholders.
Make decisions grounded in data, user feedback, and business impact.
Prioritize ruthlessly to balance quick wins with long-term bets, ensuring focus on what moves the needle.
Track progress and delivery, manage workflows across teams, and keep everyone aligned and moving fast.
