Responsibilities:

Lead a QA team responsible for conducting manual and automated testing on WEB, BACKEND, and FRONTEND systems.
Collaborate with development teams to plan and implement effective testing strategies.
Develop and maintain automated testing scripts to streamline testing processes.
Manage a team of testers, oversee testing procedures, and ensure high system quality standards.
Provide direct management, training, and onboarding for team members.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience (including graduates of technological IDF units).
Proven experience in manual and automated testing with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Hands-on experience with testing WEB, BACKEND, and FRONTEND systems.
Proficiency with automated testing tools.
Strong team management skills, creativity, and the ability to perform under pressure.
English at a high level.
