DESCRIPTION

Landa is looking for a motivated lawyer to join its legal team, report to the General Counsel, and provide ongoing legal advice and support to Landa Digital Printing and its related entities and teams within the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Landa’s legal team is accountable for a wide array of practices relating to Landa’s core global business in the digital printing industry. The role includes primarily providing legal assistance to the sales organization, supporting negotiations and finalizing sales and other transactions with customers and partners, and supporting the Company’s worldwide activities (counsel on day-to-day activities and operations, commercial and HR matters, compliance with laws and regulations, and more).

REQUIREMENTS
Admission to the Israeli Bar (other admissions – an advantage)
At least 5 years of experience in commercial law, including work at a large law firm or in-house in a technology-oriented company, preferably in the following areas:
Commercial law (technological, capital equipment and software-related transactions)
Procurement, sales and distribution agreements
IP related issues, compliance and marketing activities

Financial background – an advantage
A solid ability to apply legal knowledge in a business context.
Experienced in addressing legal issues with a strong emphasis on analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Availability – full-time with an occasional need to work outside regular hours to collaborate with our global teams
Strong team player - Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work comfortably and effectively with local and global teams
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and fast-paced environment under demanding timelines
Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Motivated and eager to gain a deep understanding of the business
High sense of responsibility
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Hebrew and English – with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate legal issues and solutions
Self-driven and highly motivated to contribute to the success of the company
Self-reliant, proactive and able to learn and work independently
