DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES| About the role

Exclusive Networks Israel is expanding the team and is looking for a Presales Engineer, reporting directly to local company management.

As a Presales Engineer, you will:

Be responsible for presenting the company's products, solutions and architecture to business partners and end customers. Install, configure, and manage products for the vendors to which you were assigned.
Provide ongoing technical support for salespeople and product managers. Management and coordination with the internal teams to address all technical aspects outlined by the Vendors.
Plan and execute technical workshops, events, and activities aimed at ensuring product reputation. Write technical documents and building presentations for the products.
Be responsible for the training and agreements of the business partners
Have the ability to understand the market and competitors
Collaboration with the Sales Team to follow up on new projects, provide technical support, and assist in planning demos and Proof of Concept (PoC) sessions to ensure customer satisfaction
Fully complete and pass all vendor required certifications.
Be responsible for the end-to-end technical sales process: characterization of the solution, submission of quotes, establishment of a laboratory, POC, response to tenders.
Engagement with the Marketing team and customers to create new value-added services or expand the number of services, meeting the service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE| About you

The ideal Presales Engineer:

3 years+ of experience in customer support / presale roles
Experience in negotiations with strategic and global clients
Experience in Cloud/IT/CYBER
Knowledge and understanding of technological worlds - experience working with products such as: EDR, Firewall, Email Security, OT security, WAF, Web Security, Authentication, Switching & Routing
Vendor certifications, as per our portfolio.
Experience working with technological decision makers (CISO, CIO, etc.)
Ability to work independently combined with teamwork
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Independent learning ability, diligence and the ability to motivate proceedings
High presentation and reporting skills
