About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Information Systems to lead and scale our global IS function. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development, implementation, and optimization of cross-departmental business systems and processes across the organization. You will lead and work closely with stakeholders in G&A, R&D, and GTM functions to deliver scalable, automated, and integrated solutions that support business goals.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a strong mix of operational expertise, technical, and strategic thinking. You will be expected to set vision and priorities, build a high-performing team, and ensure effective support, timely delivery, and continuous enhancement of the IS ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Own and lead the Information Systems roadmap and execution across the organization.
Manage, mentor, and grow the IS team.
Ensure reliable support, scalability, and performance of core business systems (CRM, ERP, HRIS, etc.).
Identify process and system gaps, and lead cross-functional initiatives to address them.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to align IS priorities with organizational needs.
Monitor and improve system performance, adoption, integration, and data quality.
Oversee system governance and documentation.
Drive automation and operational efficiency through business process optimization.
Provide leadership in IS-related change management and training initiatives.

Requirements
7+ years of hands-on experience managing business applications and systems (Salesforce, Netsuite, etc.)
Proven leadership experience managing and developing IS teams.
Strong background in system integration, automation, and data workflows.
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; excellent English, both verbal and written.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (advantage).
Strategic mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
