What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled product designer with a passion for design, a strong visual sensibility, and a technological mindset. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, with a creative drive and the ability to produce thoughtful, engaging, and impactful designs. They should also excel in crafting visually appealing and intuitive UI elements, showcasing a strong eye for detail and overall design aesthetics.

What you'll do

Own the entire design process from concept to implementation — your designs will shape our users' experience across multiple platforms.
Collaborate closely with product managers, R&D, marketing, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business objectives and technical constraints.
Conduct user research and feedback analysis to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors, and use these insights to drive design decisions.
Create detailed user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts to all involved parties.
Develop and maintain a design system that reflects our brand's values and user needs.
Stay curious — keep up with the latest trends and best practices, and continuously improve our products.

What you bring

6+ years of experience in product design, demonstrated by a portfolio showcasing complex platform designs and mobile applications. A formal design education from a leading institution is an advantage.
Expertise in design, prototyping and research tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, UserTesting or equivalent software.
A solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices, with a good grasp of balancing user needs and business goals.
An eye for detail — you bring creativity and precision to everything you do.
Strong visual design sensibility, with the ability to craft illustrations, intuitive animations, and cohesive visual systems that enhance user experiences.
Experience with user research and usability testing — you know how to gather insights and transform them into actionable designs.
Effective communication skills to present design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tackling design challenges, both independently and as part of a team.
HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English.
