We are looking for our next Automation Program Lead to join our growing team in Netanya!

Major responsibilities

Responsible for liaising with our clients
Representing the Automation Testing teams in relevant forums
Ensuring compliance with technical standards and guidelines and provide innovation and thought leadership.
Manage the automation testing framework in collaboration with various stakeholders, develop strategies for task management, and conduct ongoing oversight to ensure the quality of the team’s deliverables.

Key Qualifications

At least 7 years' experience in a managerial and consulting role within the automation field – required.
Successful track record in client facing roles
Knowledge and experience working with automation technologies, DevOps, and automation tools such as Selenium, Jenkins, and Git.
Experience in designing automation strategies and writing high-level work plans.
Ability to lead technical teams and to initiate processes to improve quality.
Experience working with business clients and coordinating between various stakeholders.
Experience with methodologies such as Agile and Scrum and the ability to work in dynamic environments.
Excellent interpersonal skills, team management capabilities, and problem-solving skills in technical contexts.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Software Engineering – an advantage
