About the Role: Bringoz is looking for a skilled Product Manager with a passion for delivering cutting-edge products, to lead the definition, specification, and delivery of major features within our SaaS delivery logistics platform. You will work across the entire product lifecycle—from roadmap planning to execution and post-launch analysis—serving our enterprise customers globally.

Responsibilities:

Roadmap & Strategy: Participate in internal processes to define product priorities based on company goals.
Product Definition: Create clear and detailed requirements, use cases, epics, and user stories.
Backlog Management: Manage and prioritize a detailed product backlog for the development team.
UX & Design: Create wireframes and collaborate closely with the design team.
Analysis: Research both user behavior and analyze competitors to identify product improvements.
Execution: Support the development team daily by clarifying requirements and solving problems during the dev cycle. Lead product cycles with pre, execution and post processes.
Stakeholder Management: Set and manage expectations for business teams and customers through clear communication.
Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable product tasks.Identify potential improvements on the product and the different workflows and define them.

Requirements:

Experience: At least 3 years as a Product Manager, specifically building and shipping B2B software/applications.
Methodology: Proven experience working in Agile environments.
Skills: Strong analytical abilities, ability to lead an end to end processת creative problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to “speak the language” of the different departments within the company; a true team player.
UX Knowledge: Practical experience creating wireframes.
AI Fluency: Demonstrable use of AI tools to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Languages: Fluent English (Mandatory).
Advantages: Technical background (Software Development or Data Analysis), previous work experience with complex SaaS products.
