Job Description

As part of our company’s continuous growth, we are seeking a Legal Counsel to join our team. This position is ideal for a motivated and business-oriented lawyer who enjoys working in a dynamic, international, and collaborative environment. The Legal Counsel will provide comprehensive legal support across departments, guide corporate processes, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities
Provide legal advice on a wide range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters
Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements (distribution, supply, partnership, etc.)
Ensure compliance with securities laws and stock exchange regulations
Support corporate governance activities, including Board and shareholders’ meetings
Coordinate work with external legal advisors and regulatory authorities
Develop and implement internal compliance and risk management policies
Required Experience
Licensed attorney with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in corporate and commercial law
Proven experience with public company operations- MUST
Key Qualifications
Strong knowledge of corporate and securities law
Excellent English (written and spoken) – essential
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent human relations
Business-oriented mindset and proactive, hands-on approach
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments
High integrity, discretion, and professionalism
