C++ Software Team Leader for AVX

Join Mobileye's Autonomous Vehicle group as a Software Team Leader and be part of revolutionizing the way vehicles operate, from accident prevention to fully autonomous driving.
What will your job look like:
Lead and mentor a team of SW developers and be in constant sync with other stakeholders in Mobileye
Be responsible of the SW quality of the application in real-time embedded ecosystem
Drive the development of the AV Applications (add new features, improve the design, literature review as needed, etc.)
Proactively address and resolve software bugs and issues to meet the needs of both internal and external customers
Develop and implement efficient tools and automation processes to streamline development workflows and enhance productivity
Manage product lifecycle from development to production, overseeing the successful deployment and bring-up of AV applications
All you need is:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience as a Software Developer
2+ years of experience leading software development teams, successfully managing projects and mentoring team members
Proficient in C++
Familiar with CI/CD processes
Proven ability to lead software design efforts, effectively collaborating with peers and driving innovative solutions
