We're now looking for an Item Promotions Specialist to join our Restaurant team in Israel. In this role, you'll support the execution and coordination of restaurant affordability and promotional campaigns across the Wolt platform.

You'll work closely with Marketing and commercial teams to help campaigns launch smoothly, stay organized, and run successfully across different cities and restaurant

selections. The role combines project coordination, operational setup, communication, and data follow-up, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys structured execution, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

In this role, you'll support the operational side of restaurant promotional campaigns and help ensure campaigns are launched and maintained successfully across the platform.

Day-to-day in this role you'll:

Coordinate the setup and execution of restaurant promotional campaigns together with internal stakeholders.
Support campaign planning and operational follow-up alongside Marketing and commercial teams.
Build and maintain campaign tracking boards and workflows in Monday.com and other internal tools.
Monitor campaign readiness across cities and restaurant selections and help teams close operational gaps when needed.
Communicate campaign-related updates and operational information to internal teams and restaurant partners.
Follow campaign performance through dashboards and reporting tools and share insights with relevant stakeholders.
Help troubleshoot operational or technical issues related to campaign execution.
Track timelines, owners, and ongoing tasks to help ensure campaigns launch on time and run smoothly.
Support operational execution of cross-functional and departmental projects during periods with lower campaign activity, helping drive initiatives from planning through implementation.
Provide operational support for strategic team initiatives, process improvement projects, and ad-hoc business needs as required.
Our humble expectations*
1-2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, campaign support, or similar roles.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and spreadsheets.
Experience working with Looker or similar reporting tools.
Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management platforms.
High attention to detail and a structured way of working.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Familiarity with the restaurant industry is a strong advantage.
Fluent Hebrew and good English skills.
