We’re looking for a PPC specialist with a strong passion for AI to lead a shift in how performance marketing is done. In this role, you will not only manage paid campaigns, you will become the AI trailblazer within the team. Your mission will be to bring AI to the forefront of our PPC strategy, demonstrating its power through real, measurable results and helping embed it into our daily workflows.

You’ll lead by doing, learning, testing, and applying AI to drive better outcomes and teaching others how to do the same.

Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms.

Implement AI tools into every stage of the PPC process: creative generation, targeting, analysis, reporting, and automation.

Act as an internal AI champion—develop use cases, share wins, and help educate the team.

Research and experiment with cutting-edge AI tools to stay ahead of the curve.

Lead documentation and onboarding of AI workflows for internal use.

Collaborate with other marketing and product teams to expand AI usage.

Requirements:
1–2 years of experience managing PPC campaigns.

Deep curiosity about AI and hands-on experience with tools like ChatGPT, AdCreative.ai, Jasper, Midjourney, etc.

A bachelor’s degree is required—preferably in an analytical field (e.g. Economics, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, Computer Science, etc.).

Strong communication skills and the ability to guide or influence others.

A proactive, self-driven mindset with a passion for innovation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in comparison ecosystem (e.g. product aggregators, financial/service comparison tools).

Some experience in training teams or building internal knowledge bases.

Ability to prototype or script simple AI-assisted workflows.
