Technical Project Manager

A leading technology company is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager with a strong hardware engineering background to lead execution of complex R&D development projects. The role is focused on driving end-to-end delivery of hardware-based systems within a multidisciplinary engineering environment, ensuring alignment between design, development, integration, and delivery targets: Lead execution of complex hardware and system development projects. Own detailed project planning, task definition, scheduling Ensure delivery of engineering milestones on time, within scope, and according to quality and technical requirements. Manage technical activities with subcontractors involved in hardware development Drive coordination and alignment across multiple R&D, infrastructure, and operations teams in a matrix environment. Work closely with engineering, product, QA, and operations teams to ensure successful execution of development goals. Monitor project progress continuously, identify risks, dependencies, and execution gaps, and drive mitigation actions. Identify bottlenecks in development and execution flows and lead resolution activities with engineering teams. B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience 3+ years of experience in technical project management within a hardware / R&D environment Strong background in hardware development processes and system-level engineering Experience managing cross-functional engineering projects in a matrix organization Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar Strong ability to understand technical engineering challenges and their impact on schedules, risk, and execution Excellent skills in planning, tracking, risk management, and cross-team coordination Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to influence without formal authority High-level communication and stakeholder management skills
