The Platform and Onboarding Associate is a part of the Enterprise team in the Restaurants section, Working with menu updates and onboarding new restaurants on the Enterprise team.
The Platform and Onboarding Specialist works in close cooperation with the restaurant's Chain's Account manager and other platform members.

What you’ll be doing

As a Platform and Onboarding Associate on the Enterprise team, you will play a key role in onboarding new restaurant chains and ensuring their smooth integration into Wolt’s platform. You’ll be responsible for managing and updating menus, maintaining daily communication with POS providers, and ensuring all Enterprise venues are optimized for an excellent user experience from the menu perspective

Day-to-day in this role, you’ll:
Manage and update restaurant menus to reflect accurate, compliant, and user-friendly information
Onboarding process for new Enterprise restaurant chains, ensuring a smooth and timely launch on the Wolt platform.
Build and integrate new Enterprise venues into the platform, ensuring alignment with Wolt’s standards and capabilities.
Support restaurant partners with any technical issues related to menu structure or platform functionalities.

Maintain daily communication with POS (Point of Sale) providers to ensure proper system integration and ongoing updates.
