This same vision defines us as an employer: creating a work environment where everyone is welcome, and anyone has the right to succeed.Job DescriptionBe the full owner of your projects from A-Z, overseeing brand identity, UX/UI design and digital assetsBring expertise in web design, image-making, brand UI, and brand identity—bringing creative solutions across a wide range of assets, including landing pages, campaigns, video storyboards, events, banners, emails, and printConstruct creative concepts and communicate them in a clear wayCollaborate with other stakeholders to gather information, understand the end goals and strategize visual communication approachesQualifications3+ years of experience in a professional design environmentBachelor’s degree from Shenkar, Bezalel, or an equivalent leading institutionExcellent branding and visual language creation skillsProficient in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications, as well as Midjourney and other AI toolsAble to dissect and understand a brand's DNA and its target audienceProduct curiosity and connection—ability to understand and showcase product capabilities through designMotion and After Effects experience would be a significant advantageAdditional InformationWe are the Base44 Design Team—a dynamic and versatile group responsible for delivering visual solutions across a wide range of marketing assets for Base44 products.
