You can find out more about eToro here.We're looking for a diligent, detail-oriented, highly motivated, and highly organized financial analyst to join our dynamic Finance department (Limassol, Cyprus).The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, risk, and compliance of all eToro trading operations. This position involves managing trade settlements, PnL, reconciling accounts, and supporting the front office with critical operational tasks.What will you be doing?Monitor and analyze trading costs with global liquidity providers for financial reporting purposesMonitor corporate actions, taxes, fees, and other income and costs associated with eToro trading activityMaintained accurate records of transactions, client data, and compliance documentationHandling and supporting Digital wallet transfers and reconciliationManaging Digital Wallets' inventory and liquidityPrepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for internal and regulatory purposesSupport audits and regulatory reporting by providing accurate and timely informationCollaborate with front office, IT, and other departments to address operational issuesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in back-office operations within a financial services or online brokerage environment.
