Job Description

As a Product Group Lead (Director of Product) at Payments by Wix, you'll shape the future of fintech for small businesses globally. You will lead the Account domain, focusing on the initial financial journey of businesses—from account setup and identity verification to connecting with top processors and accessing banking services. You'll be responsible for:

Leading the Account Group, focusing on user onboarding and connect flows
Integrating with third-party providers and managing merchant account creation and verification
Mentoring a global team of product managers and improving top-of-funnel conversion and activation flows
•Collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams
Managing stakeholder requirements and expectations, translating vision into execution, and driving product innovation

Qualifications

10+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in a product leadership role
Proven experience in fintech and the payments industry, with a preference for SaaS, eCommerce, or SMB-focused products
Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English
Strong leadership skills with experience managing global teams in a fast-paced environment
A sharp, assertive thinker who is also humble and grounded, with a team player mindset
