to take a meaningful part in overcoming the company’s challenges while maintaining a professional work methodology.

Responsibilities:

Develop, test, deploy, and maintain backend services and systems.
Collaborate with colleagues (including senior engineers) and internal customers on technical challenges, feature design, and architecture.
Investigate and troubleshoot system issues, proposing efficient and maintainable solutions.
Apply best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality software.
Stay current with new technologies and methodologies to drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
BSc in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field (or comparable experience).
2+ years of backend or system development experience (flexible for strong candidates with slightly less or more).
Proficiency in Python.
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to explain technical topics to diverse stakeholders.
Experience collaborating on end-to-end features (from initial requirements to testing and deployment).

Advantages:

Experience in CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible).
Familiarity with Linux OS (Ubuntu).
Experience in docker and k8s.
Experience working with messaging queues (e.g., RabbitMQ) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
Familiarity with additional modern programming languages and interest in expanding into it (E.G. C++, JS, Bash)
