As our Senior Technical Recruiter, you’ll leverage your expertise and network to attract, engage, and hire senior-level technical professionals efficiently. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to significantly impact our team growth and success.

- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, specifically targeting senior technical roles.

- Identify and attract highly-qualified candidates through various sourcing strategies.

- Conduct in-depth screening and interviews to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability.

- Work closely with our clients to understand hiring needs.

- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of HR Recruitment tools: LinkedIn, Social Media.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the software industry.
Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and industry trends.
Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and clients.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, and recruitment software (comeet).
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with our clients.
Experience in recruiting senior roles- Advantage
