SL CSM demo company is seeking a highly skilled Senior CS Nap Architect with over 7 years of experience in nap services architecture.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and efficient nap solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of services, contributing to the overall success of our organization's nap strategy.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop napping solutions that meet business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Lead the implementation of nap services and ensure best practices are followed.
Optimize and automate existing infrastructure for performance and cost-efficiency.
Mentor junior CSMs and team members, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Conduct regular reviews of cloud architecture and recommend improvements.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure competitive advantage.
Design optimal napping spaces for client offices
Analyze acoustic, lighting, and temperature factors

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in workplace design or sleep science
Proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture and containerization technologies.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
