Manager of IT Systems and Community in Global Quality Team

Unit description:

An exciting and diverse role, including the development, management, and leadership of the global quality system in the company. The manager will be responsible for building new modules for the system, managing the .system’s daily operations, and leading technological processes with global teams and local units

What will your responsibilities be?

-Development of the global IT system: Leading processes for system development and upgrades, including building new modules and implementing innovative technological solutions
-System management: Responsible for the operation of the global system, providing technical support and ongoing upgrades
-Supporting global sites and units: Managing interactions with the company’s sites and global units, troubleshooting technological issues, and customizing the system to meet local needs
-Community and regional portals management: Developing and managing internal user communities, overseeing regional forums, and creating active content to enhance knowledge and synergy among users
-Training and conferences: Building training programs and leading professional conferences for global teams, with a focus on knowledge transfer and system training

What are we looking for?

-Academic degree
-Experience as a Quality Manager with experience in leading a global IT quality system
-Experience in managing global projects and working with remote teams
-Experience working with large IT systems, including development and maintenance
-Experience in creating content and providing technological training, including building conferences and portals
-Ability to work independently and within a team, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multi-stage processes
-Strong ability to interact effectively with peers and managers
-High learning curve and ability to analyze and present data
-Ability to maintain close relationship and in full partnership with stakeholders
-Ability to design and implement processes
-Self-starter with a great deal of initiative and willing to contribute to a large and evolving business environment
-Excellent knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Knowledge and experience in SAP, CRM
-Fluent in English
