Legal Counsel – Temporary (Consultant)

What You'll Do:

Contract analysis. Review and analyze the Group's existing contracts, including Data Processing Agreements.
Document organization. Organize legal documents within our contract management system.
You will report to the Director of Legal Affairs.

What You'll Bring:

1-2 years of experience in the hi-tech department of a law firm or a technology company
LLB Degree, graduate of a leading university or college, and a member of the Israel Bar Association.
Proven experience with privacy laws and data processing agreements
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Experience in the ad tech industry is a plus
Fluent in English
Payment is based on invoices
