Responsibilities

The day to day work will include leading negotiations and reviewing a broad range of commercial agreements of the company, with a focus on sales and ad-tech related agreements. It is a great opportunity for those who wish to keep the challenges and interest that come with the variety and complexity of legal matters, while changing the workplace atmosphere to that of a tech company, and seeing how their work turns into actual business value.

Requirements
6-8 years of experience working in a legal department of a tech company / hi- tech or international commercial department of a top-tier law firm.
English – native speaker or mother tongue level.
Excellent negotiation, drafting, analysis and communication skills.
Business-oriented, quick to understand and analyze new business and technology.
Experience in attending to data privacy matters.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish good relationships across the organization.
Ability to work independently with a high work ethic.
Ability to perform under stressful conditions.
