Network and Cloud security engineer

We are looking for a highly talented Network and Cloud security engineer to join our unique ICS (Infrastructure and Cloud Services) team as part of Applied Materials GIS (Global Information Services)

What you'll be doing:

Designing and implementing secure network and cloud architectures. Develop and maintain network and cloud security architectures, ensuring that they align with industry best practices and meet the organization's security requirements.

Implement network facilities utilizing standard concept of availability, efficiency, redundancy, scalability, and security includes new Cloud network and security technologies.

Support Applied Materials Cloud Network and security on multi-cloud environment (Azure, AWS, GCP)

Implementing and managing security controls. Configure and manage security controls, virtual private networks (VPNs), and other security appliances. Ensure that these controls are properly configured and updated to protect the network and cloud infrastructure.

Security policy and compliance. Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Work closely with other teams to educate and train employees on security best practices.

Keeping up with emerging security threats and technologies: Stay updated with the latest security threats and technologies, and continuously assess and implement new security solutions to enhance the organization's network and cloud security.

Knowledge and experience:

Azure, AWS, GCP Cloud Environments
Knowledge of standard cloud network engineering concepts
Knowledge of Multi cloud Networking, Micro segmentation
Ability to configure Cloud to cloud VPN tunnel setup
Both Azure and AWS security knowledge
Good Knowledge of Security standards, Azure, AWS native security tools
Azure Cloud for defender and Azure polices and AWS SCP’s
Understand the Security concepts, layers of security, threat intelligence, Network Anomaly, UEBA
Knowledge of Prisma CSPM, CWP, Data security, Container security
Knowledge of Container vulnerabilities, compliance
Good knowledge of CIS Benchmark
Good Knowledge of Prisma RQL Query
Ability to work on Turbot for automating Infrastructure in AWS and Azure
Ability Configure Azure VWAN, VHUB, Routing, Site-Site VPN tunnel setup, VNet, NSG, ExpressRoute
Ability to Configure AWS VPC, NACL, SG, routing.

What you should have?

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science minimum 2 Years’ experience in Networking
at least 4 years’ Experience in Cloud Network and Security, Prisma cloud, Turbot.
Preferred Certification – Azure / AWS Cloud Network and security certification
High level English, spoken and written
