As part of your job:

Conducting user research – in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies
formulating user journeys
characterization and design of functional & user friendly digital products of all kinds
characterization of screens
accompanying the design and development until launch and long after
Requirements
A deep understanding of users is a MUST before we hit the ground running
2 years of experience as a UX designer/product designer
Proven experience in UX research
Experienced with UX methodologies in a complex environment
Ability to work on a variety of projects on different platforms – web, mobile, information systems, etc.
