Business Performance Control Supervisor

We are looking for a Business Performance Control Supervisor. The goal of this role is to work towards measurable performances of all the company’s units, in order to support the management in the decision-making process based on ongoing information and trends in the company and the outside market (not a managerial position). The goal is to be reached by maintaining ZIMPulse evaluating system presenting KPIs for countries and business units in the company, updating and modifying its content including targets, providing ongoing support for the users and performing thorough results analysis followed by action items.

Major areas of responsibility:

Managing the global KPI system (ZIMPulse)

Facilitating translation of strategic needs, defined by management, to KPIs and IT development plans.
Coordinating between measured Company units ,IT and SIT throughout the development process.
Supporting periodical versions of the global KPI system.
Defining detailed reports to provide drill down to the source data.
Managing KPIs and target changes during the year, if required.

Reports & Presentations generation

Generating reports reflecting the measured activity in the most complete way and in the resolution enabling thoughtful analysis.
Supporting compensation model by maintaining Unit KPIs which are managed outside of the ZIMPulse system

KPIs’ Results Analysis

Monthly and quarterly analysis of KPIs – identifying trends and underperforming fields that should be improved.
Seeking for interdependencies between different KPIs, while paying special attention to the KPIs that contribute or may be in conflict one with another.

Ongoing support for the evaluated units, business owners and all users of the KPIs’ data

Maintaining daily contact with the measured Company units, providing information, analyses and reports in order for them to define action items and reach their targets.

Requirements:

Academic Degree in Economics/ Industrial Engineering
Experience in methodologies, managing &improving processes/projects
Excellent English –including presentation level
Knowledge of Office – especially Excel and PowerPoint
Academic Degree in Industrial engineering/economy
