Immunology Senior Brand Manager

Description of the role:

Strategic planning and execution for Immunology area including preparation and implementation of annual plans and activities, customer management and OPEX ownership.
Position will report to the Biomedicine Business Unit Director, Israel.

Responsibilities:

Planning & Implementation of Product marketing activities
Plan and execute new indications launches
Identify critical success factors for competing in the market
Develop product strategy & customer plan
Ability to work in a cross functional team and to lead without authority
Adherence and compliance to all procedures and regulations
Thought leader management
Budget management

Qualifications:

Marketing Experience within the pharma market (2 years min). Applicants with relevant experience (e.g. medical device, FMCG) will be considered.
Experience in the field of Immunology – advantage.
Bachelor’s degree. MBA – advantage.
Experience as a medical representative in the pharma industry – advantage.

Skills and knowledge:

Strategic thinking and strong business acumen.
Learn and adjust quickly to a changing environment.
Lead processes in the organization; be creative as well as work under pressure.
Superior analytical, planning and organizing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
Proven track record of achieving results.
Understanding of the biomed market – advantage.
