abra North is seeking for a Junior Cybersecurity & Privacy Manager as a Service to join our strategic consulting team. This role blends the responsibilities of a CISO and DPO, offering hands-on experience with clients across industries. You’ll help shape security and privacy strategies, manage risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and operate security systems—while receiving structured mentorship and development.

Location: Kiryat Shmona | Full-time | Hybrid Work Model

Key Responsibilities:

Support the development and implementation of cybersecurity and privacy strategies for clients
Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, Israeli Privacy Law)
Advise senior stakeholders and assist in managing client-facing security operations
Work with technologies like Firewall, EDR, SIEM, IAM, Cloud Security, and more
Grow into a leadership role with guidance from senior experts
REQUIREMENTS

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure / cybersecurity / privacy/ compliance or, alternatively, graduate of a recognized DPO/CISO course with high potential and fast learning ability – required
Experience in MSSP or consulting firm – strong advantage
Experience working with senior stakeholders – advantage

Technical Knowledge:

Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and risk management methodologies
Familiarity with frameworks: ISO 27001, NIST
Hands-on experience with security technologies: Firewall, EDR, SIEM, IAM, DLP, CASB
Strong grasp of privacy regulations: GDPR, Israeli Privacy Law (Amendment 13)
Completion of a recognized CISO/DPO course (e.g., IAPP CIPP/E, CIPM, or local equivalent) – mandatory
