ONE ZERO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SOX role to develop and maintain an effective SOX compliance program, ensuring robust internal controls over financial reporting processes.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA) preferred

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in SOX compliance, internal controls, or related areas. Experience in banks and insurance companies is an advantage

· In-depth understanding of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, COSO framework, and internal control best practices

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams

· High level of proficiency in English

Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain an effective SOX compliance program with robust internal controls over financial reporting processes

· Design and implement controls to mitigate risks and prevent errors, deficiencies, or inaccuracies in financial reporting

· Execute a program for monitoring and addressing deficiencies

· Serve as the subject matter expert and liaison with external auditors and regulators on SOX compliance matters

· Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn work processes and banking systems
