By combining deep system context with AI-driven insights and automation, Komodor enables DevOps, SREs, and developers to quickly understand issues, prevent incidents, and operate complex cloud-native environments with confidence.Core Mission:We’re looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to own Komodor’s content strategy and execution end-to-end. This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role with full responsibility for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing all company content.You’ll work closely with subject matter experts across engineering, product, customer success, marketing, sales and leadership to translate complex technical concepts into compelling, high-impact content. You’ll also lead the implementation and ongoing use of AI tools to scale content production while maintaining quality and accuracy.What You’ll Do?Content Strategy & CreationOwn the content strategy across all formats, including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, case studies, website copy, email campaigns, byline articles, and adsWrite, edit, and optimize high-quality content for a technical B2B audienceEnsure content aligns with Komodor’s brand voice, messaging, and business goalsTranslate complex technical topics into clear, engaging, and accurate contentProject Management & OwnershipManage the full content lifecycle—from ideation and planning to production, review, and publicationOwn the content calendar and prioritize initiatives across multiple stakeholdersManage content contractorsCoordinate reviews and approvals with subject matter experts and internal teamsEnsure deadlines are met, and content projects are delivered on time and at a high standardCollaboration with Subject Matter ExpertsPartner closely with engineers, product managers, and product marketing experts to extract insights and expertiseConduct interviews and working sessions to develop authoritative, credible contentEnsure technical accuracy without sacrificing clarity or readabilityAI & ToolingImplement, manage, and optimize AI tools to support content ideation, creation, editing, and distribution and for automating the content pipelineDefine best practices for using AI responsibly and effectively in a technical content environmentStay up to date on emerging AI tools and content technologiesOptimization & PerformanceCollaborate with SEO and demand generation efforts to maximize content impactTrack content performance and use insights to continuously improve strategy and executionRepurpose and optimize content across channels and formatsRequirements:You are:5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaSProven experience creating content for a technical B2B audience (DevOps, engineering, cloud, or similar)Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills in fluent EnglishStrong project management skills with the ability to own multiple initiatives end-to-endHands-on experience using AI tools for content creation and managementAbility to work independently, take full ownership, and drive projects forwardExperience working cross-functionally with technical subject matter expertsNice to HaveExperience in DevOps, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, or developer toolingSEO/GEO knowledge and experience working with organic growth strategiesBackground in content operations or scaling content programsWhat we offer:Great culture and perks.Options & benefits.Growth opportunities!Wellness and Employee experience events.Contribution to local communities by hosting, participating and encouraging our employees to be better ambassadors.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
