About the role

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Software Architect to join our leading capital markets FinTech. You will develop high-volume systems, explore new technologies, and ensure scalability. This role includes mentoring by, and working closely with Sharegain CTO.

Responsibilities:

Define architectural strategies and detailed technical engineering specifications.
Ensure Sharegain remains at the forefront of technological advancements.
Develop architectural proof-of-concepts, conduct research on technical innovations, and evaluate new technologies.
Engage in all aspects of Sharegain’s technology stack. Evaluate new technologies and features to aid in scaling, provide enhanced features to customers, and improve internal processes.
Review and enhance project direction, approach, and key artifacts to maintain development progress and ensure Sharegain’s solutions are scalable and sustainable.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic business environment.
Coordinate with developers and product managers throughout the execution process.
Provide guidance and mentorship to developers regarding software design.

Requirements:

4-5 years as a Senior Developer with application design experience.
Expertise in cloud technologies (Azure/AWS).
Proficient in NodeJS/C#/Java/Python.
Strong knowledge of microservices (k8s).
Skilled in software architecture design.
Experience with large-scale cloud solutions and implementing new technologies.
Ability to analyze complex systems and suggest optimal solutions.
Commitment to high-quality, secure code with thorough design and code reviews.
Enthusiastic about solving challenging problems.
