Senior Full Stack Engineer

We are developing a cloud-based infusion management platform to enhance the delivery and monitoring of home and specialty infusion therapies. By providing near-real-time data access, it enables healthcare providers (from hospitals to home) to track treatment adherence, review analytics, and support proactive care planning.

As a leading provider of healthcare solutions, we are expanding our engineering team and looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join us in delivering high-quality, scalable web applications and cloud-based services that power our innovative products.

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, You’ll:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and front-end applications optimized for performance and reliability
Research and find innovative ways to process data into insights
Be involved in all aspects of development, from coding to testing, playing a key role in each project phase
Collaborate with Product Managers to define and implement product features and requirements
Ensure high availability, security, and performance of both frontend and backend services
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure minimal downtime and impact
Continuously improve the codebase by identifying areas of enhancement and refactoring where necessary
Contribute ideas and participate in brainstorming sessions to drive innovation within the product

Requirements:

Your Experience & Skills:

Strong technical skills and a passion for building high-quality software
Expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, with a deep understanding of modern web development practices and ecosystems
Experience designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications
Experience with mobile development is an advantage.
User-centric approach to designing and building software solutions.
Strong communication skills, a team player mindset

Frontend: Angular, TypeScript, modern UI frameworks and design patterns
Backend: NestJS (Node.js), C#, microservices architecture
Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis, ElasticSearch
Cloud & DevOps: Azure, Kubernetes (K8s), RabbitMQ, DataDog, cloud security & identity management
Performance & Optimization: Ensuring performance and cost-efficient solutions in a cloud-based environment
