Assistant Controller

Assistant Controller - (2400002C)

Radware, a leading provider of best-in-class cloud-based security solutions, helping MSSPs, service providers and enterprises offer and gain the highest possible level of security, is looking for an assistant Controller to join our finance team. In this role, you will assist with financial planning, optimizing processes and preparing reports.

The position will include interfaces with other functions within the finance department and the rest of the organization.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of quarterly reporting package & Financial Statements in conformity with USGAAP.

· Assist with the company revenue recognition procedures, including SSP allocations and special transactions.

· Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax return preparation.

· Collaborate with external auditors/advisors on audit and accounting matters.

· Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.

· Monitor and analyze journal entries and transactions in different ERP modules.

· Monitor lease agreements and ensure compliance with lease accounting standards.

· Handle ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

· CPA qualification with experience in a Big 4 firm.

· 1-2 years post-internship experience – Advantage.

· Knowledge in revenue recognition procedures according to ASC606.

· Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.

· Experience in preparing financial statements and consolidated reports according to USGAAP.

· Problem-solving mentality with a proactive and team-oriented approach.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
