Gin is one of the most iconic and dynamic spirits categories, adored by the trade and enjoyed by LDA+ drinkers across the globe with massive runway to further develop. The category is also premiumizing with the Ultra-Premium segment driving the majority of the growth.

Aviation Gin is one of the most innovative Ultra-Premium gin brands in the U.S., with a distinct brand positioning, disruptive in-culture marketing, and amplified by the influential and creative sphere of Ryan Reynolds. Aviation Gin has seen a lot of growth over the last few years, but still holds a small share of category, with massive runway for growth through expanding its distribution and velocity footprint within the U.S. and in international markets.

Profile

We are seeking a highly strategic, entrepreneurial and collaborative individual who can lead the US marketing for Aviation Gin. You are comfortable being a proactive self-starter, that can not only set a vision and strategy but also align multiple partners to execute against it. Comfort with building integrated marketing and commercial plans. They must be obsessed with culture.

Job Description

Lead the team to own all stages of the development of the US Aviation marketing plan (PR, experiential, trade, sampling, sales promotion, digital and e-commerce).
Provide day-to-day management to deliver execution of the marketing plans including working with agencies, local sales teams and cross-functional teams.
Drive comms strategy to build brand awareness and maximise talkability through creative and innovative ideas to ensure brand is at the front of pop culture
Use effective creative, project management, analytical and communication skills to drive action for the brand.
Partner and collaborate with team members including Innovation, PR, Consumer Planning, Customer Marketing, Media, Global brand team and Visitor Center team.
Influence key partners including senior management, local sales teams and agencies.
Budget management and performance reporting

Experience

5-7 years+ marketing experience in Consumer Packaged Goods and/or Bev Alc Industry (preferred)
Experience building strategic plans, partnership with agencies, and development of marketing and commercial tools.
Ability to analyze data and market information while recommending business action steps
Proven success in fast paced, fluid environments where independence, self-initiation and bias for action are required.
Effective budget management and experience with performance reporting.
Demonstrate ability to enroll and motivate a complex commercial organization
