As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an R&D Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will facilitate the seamless day-to-day operations of the R&D group, ensuring a smooth and synchronized workflow for all R&D activities and releases.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with R&D, IT and Product teams to ensure timely and procedural releases
Coordinate deployment and maintenance schedules
Manage, develop, and monitor workflows and process automations to enhance efficiency
Oversee the R&D Jira projects, ensuring they are well-organized and consistently updated
Work closely with R&D leadership to support the management of KPIs and objectives
What We're Looking For
A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented
Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
Exceptional proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills (mandatory)
Hands-on experience with Jira (a significant advantage)
B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering (preferred)
Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies (preferred)
