We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Game Owner to lead one of our games. The Game Owner will oversee all aspects of the business, including strategy, operations, and revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the gaming market. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
Lead and mentor a team of department heads to ensure alignment with company goals.
Build and implement the game roadmap
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the business unit.
Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify expansion opportunities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Develop and implement creative strategies to drive engagement and monetization.
Monitor key performance metrics and optimize game performance based on data insights.
