Role Summary

As a Senior Growth Manager for the Working Capital team, you will lead initiatives that drive customer engagement, retention, and growth across the full customer journey. You'll work cross-functionally to deliver personalized, data-driven marketing campaigns on a scale, using data-driven messaging and marketing automation platforms to deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, experience in leading GTM processes and a data-driven mindset. You're skilled at designing programs that align with business goals and know how to execute and optimize them end to end. You also bring strong writing skills and the ability to craft effective messaging that resonates with customers.

Whether looking to invest in inventory, expand operations, or cover unexpected expenses, Payoneer offers tailored financing solutions to help businesses achieve their goals with ease and confidence.

What You'll Do

Design and execute programs to support growth, engagement, and retention across customer's lifecycle using communications and other levers.
Support global GTM teams with strategic marketing materials, content, and guidance to drive product adoption and customer growth across worldwide markets, including validation of new opportunities through POC initiatives.
Work closely with Growth, product and marketing teams to identify and address customer needs.
Lead cross-functional projects and ideate new business initiatives to expand Working Capital's portfolio, involving business operations, product, GTM and partnerships.
Lead partnership initiatives with enterprise customers and ecosystem partners to drive mutual growth and market expansion.
Own and manage Working Capital's KPIs for specific business initiatives or customer segments

Who You Are

5+ years of experience in lifecycle, marketing, or customer engagement roles—ideally within a tech or financial company
Demonstrated success in solving complex problems, driving change, and accelerating the growth trajectory of products
Equally comfortable with high-level strategy and hands-on work
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English
Strong leadership skills to drive and lead cross-functional initiatives
Data-driven approach, with experience in experimentation and customer research
High energy level, with a bias for action and accountability

Bonus Points:

Experience in supporting global sales teams and go-to-market enablement initiatives
Solid understanding of the payments or lending industry
Work experience in a global role
